McDonald's in Furstenfeldbruck

So it has become one of my favorite locally. We drove from Augsburg to Fürstenfeldbruck. I'm in to get something to eat. The cashier told me to order from the machine, I said that I couldn't, but she said that she would show me, and really, very kindly and patiently, showed me everything, ordered and even got ready at the counter right away until we got there came before. Although they had something to do. Great experience. Very clean, disinfectant is there, staff is super friendly, distance and mask are a must, I also like the furnishings, Mc Cafe, Mc Drive available. Big parking lot. What I have never received in other Mc Donalds is a biscuit (packaged) with our coffee and the introduction of an automatic ordering machine. I find it very attentive. And if you want to go for a walk, there is a lake nearby. We did too. And on the way there we even saw 2 farms where we of course bought fresh eggs and potatoes. It was a nice day for us.

I was so looking forward to a McMuffin Bacon and Egg. It stayed that way. Unpacked at home. Bacon is gray and the smell musty. You immediately lose interest. Then I'd rather do these things myself.

Great, we just bought a Big Rösti menu in this branch when we got home, and it was not even noticed that this burger was in the bag, so people please check again before you go. Watch out !

Not full marks, but only because of the choice of location. McDonalds belongs in the city center and not in an industrial park where you have to walk long distances on Sundays. Think about the Buchenau, please!

Mc dive. Orders of 3 Big Mc, one fries, 6 send and an apple bag. Then you go missing and think you have everything in the bag. At home then the 6 mails are missing. You are happy about it. Have a beautiful Sunday.

When it comes to McDrive, it really is one of the best around! Why ... There is never anything missing, you get what you ordered and as if that wasn't enough for 3 stars ... The people are also friendly - unbelievable! In view of the points mentioned above, I ask myself whether I am already dead, this is my life after death ?! No, it's not - the first bite in the lukewarm cheeseburger catapults you into reality in seconds - okay for the cravings, but that's about it!

Rude and arrogant staff. You ask for help and nobody comes. Working in a German restaurant and not being able to speak a word of German, that's not the beginning of it. Once and never again.

I go there to buy burgers with the sum of approx 9.5 euro. After making the successful payment in the terminal I don't receive a ticket. The screen still says follow card reader and card reader after finishing payment says wilkommen. when I query in the counter, they check the terminal but because it is jammed sync between the elements of the terminal the only idea they come up with is that I make another order and come later with a paper from the bank to recover my lost money. I am not from the neighborhood to just pop in again and I risked missing my bus at around 21h. So I wasn't able to find a solution.I am extremely disappointed with their service. Absolutely not client oriented. Before posting here I used Google maps link to report this to McDonalds website and to my surprise the link says this restaurant doesn't exist. Very good indeed. Going to Burger King in buchenau to eat after this fkn bad experience. Won't recommend.

Decent store with very courteous service. The toilet was unfortunately not that clean, but that is mostly due to the guests rather than the staff.
